REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Information Technology/Information System
Having experience as Helpdesk/SME
Experience in coordination with internal IT teams and application vendors
Has the initiative to solve problems and coordinate with another team
Technical Skill standard in application management (Application Service, DB, OS, Web Server, Web Service, Restart Server, etc.)
Having good communication skills
Available position: 5 slots
Project-Based: Jakarta – Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITIES
To monitoring the incidents/requests
To carry out handling/investigation/escalation of incidents and incoming requests
To handling add / edit / delete user-id
To provide PC / Laptop / Printer troubleshoot guides
To enter a ticket into the service application for reporting from the branch office helpdesk
